return authorization.  Returns can be made only within 30 days of

shipment, no exceptions.  Special orders can not be returned or

exchanged.  All returns are for merchandise only, shipping charges

are nonrefundable.  All returns must be shipped to

• Must be sent postage paid.
• Must be in new condition, original packaging, tags attached.
• Shoes - new condition, no soiled soles, no damaged boxes.
• Tights, underwear, & bodytights - final sale , no return.
• Hair accessories - final sale, no return.                                                                                                                                   
• No exchange after 30 days.
• Must include a copy of your receipt.
