If for any reason you are unsatisfied with your purchase, please contact us immediately. A refund, minus shipping costs, will be issued if the product is returned to us within 14 days of purchase. Product and packaging must be in new condition (no soiled shoes, tags intact) in order to receive a refund. Returns will be accepted and processed at Southeast Dance Shop's discretion. Products that do not meet the stated requirements will be sent back to the customer at the customer's expense.
