Shimmer Dust can be used as eyeshadow or to add a shimmery brilliance to lips and cheeks.

Apply the shimmer dust using the dual end makeup brush just like eyeshadow. For a more dramatic look, apply with a damp brush.

To smudge proof your look use the Eye glue . When using the eye glue, apply a thin layer on the eye lid. Next, with the dual ended makeup brush, apply your desired shimmer eye shadow color. Do one eye at a time.
